Tata Altroz designed in Tata's Alpha Platform. Due to its lightweight platform, the Altroz can available on any type of engine - petrol, diesel and electric. In addition, the Altroz is the second vehicle in the Tata's Impact Design 2.0.

Tata Motors has finally completed the production of the Altroz, which will be launched in the Medium hatchback range. As a part of this, the first unit of the vehicle was launched at Tata's plant in Pune. The vehicle will be launched in January 2020.

The competitors of the Altroz are Maruti Baleno, Hyundai i20, Honda Jazz and Volkswagen Polo. Tata Motors will also launch its electric variant after the launch of the regular Altroz.
